Atlantic Title Company is very pleased to announce that we are offering an interactive CD-Rom to the buyer/borrower at the close of their transaction as a paper-saving alternative to traditional paper copies. This CD-Rom will contain an Adobe image of pertinent closing documents as well as useful information about the lender and realtor vendors to the transaction.

We also include helpful information about local utilities, and a Yahoo search engine pulls in an A-Z of community vendor listings found within the zip code of the subject property as a helpful reference for the buyer/borrower.

Please note that there will always be a choice of "paper or plastic," and either preference takes just a few minutes to prepare. There is no additional cost for this service. Whatever the choice, paper copies of the executed deed and HUD-1 will always be handed out to all parties at the close of the transaction.
